30 Day Peace of Mind Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within thirty days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the items you would like to return, and we’ll provide you with a shipping label to send the product back to us at no cost to you.
Items being returned should be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unworn, and in their original packaging with any tags or stickers still attached. We may refuse refunds or exchanges if the items are not in this condition.
My order has arrived damaged
We take the greatest care to ensure our products reach you safely, but some circumstances are beyond our control. In the unlikely event that you receive your products in a damaged condition, please email us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you free of charge. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the damaged product and may refuse refunds where the damage has occurred due to misuse, mishandling, modification, or misconduct.
I’ve received the wrong product / I’m missing part of my orderDespite our best efforts, sometimes processing errors happen. If you’ve received an order with incorrect or missing items, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange for the correct items to be sent to you free of charge. Please note we reserve the right to verify what products were in fact received to our reasonable satisfaction.
Growing up guarantee
For any of our young adult products (sized unisex for ages 10-18), we offer a special sizing guarantee. We understand children and young adults grow out of their sizes much quicker than adults and to keep with our sustainability initiative, we are offering you the opportunity to exchange your young adult size for a larger young adult size. All you have to do is lodge a request at email@example.com and a link will be sent to you, just confirm your requested size, and pay for return shipping. You will then be provided with a shipping label to send in the old piece in good condition and we will send you a new size of the same item. If the same item is no longer in stock, we may contact you in order to offer you a selection of an item of equal or lesser value. Better yet, your old piece will be repurposed and sold to a new home.
If you have grown out of our young adult sizes, you can still benefit from our growing up guarantee - lodge a request at firstname.lastname@example.org and a link will be sent to you, just select the option for a discount on an adult size, choose your new product, and complete the order.
We believe in the materials, quality, and workmanship of our products and are pleased to offer a twelve-month guarantee on all our products against defects arising from failure of materials, failure of workmanship and craftsmanship & manufacturer defects. Fast fashion is extremely wasteful and we want to actively fight against it. Galactic Bioware gear sitting in people’s closets unused is a bad outcome for us. We want to ensure that every piece of equipment we make is used by our customers to justify its environmental cost. Safety gear, no matter how good, doesn’t help you if you are not using it. Should your clothing from Galactic Bioware be sitting in your closet no longer worn regularly, please return it to us and we will put it to use elsewhere in the community. If we sell it, we’ll share the proceeds with you.
We are working to make our clothing as affordable and sustainable as possible, because everyone deserves to feel safe. Not everyone needs to buy their gear new.
